Both abstracts and full papers are submitted using the link to EasyChair. Authors are encouraged to submit an abstract (before the abstract submission deadline) and update the abstract to a full paper before the deadline of full paper submission.
To comply with the deadline published at the IEEE website (12/26/2016), the EasyChair submission channel will continue to open until 12/26/2016 11:59PM PST for new submissions (only). The review process of all full papers submitted on or before 11/22/2016 will be started on 11/23 as scheduled (based on the latest version submitted on or before 11/22/2016) and a decision of acceptance will be made by 12/31. New submissions received between 11/23 and 12/26 will be reviewed with a delayed decision of acceptance.
